Management fees cover strategy, campaign setup, creative development, ongoing optimization, performance reporting, and account management. Ad spend is a separate cost paid directly to platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok). We never mark up your ad spend — it goes 100% to the platform.

Is there a minimum contract period? +

Starter and Growth plans require a minimum 3-month commitment. Scale plans require 6 months. These minimums exist because digital campaigns need time to gather data, optimize, and deliver meaningful results — rushing this process hurts performance. Month-to-month options are available after the initial commitment period.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan? +

Yes — plan changes can be made at the end of your billing cycle with 30 days' notice. We make plan transitions seamless, with no performance interruption. Many clients start on Starter and upgrade to Growth within 3–6 months as they see results and grow their ad spend.

Do you offer custom packages? +

Absolutely. We tailor packages for specific industries, goals, budget ranges, and channel combinations. If you need TikTok + TV without Google, or want a creative-heavy package with fewer platforms, we can design exactly that. Contact us for a custom proposal.

Starter works best with ৳30,000–৳50,000/month in ad spend. Growth performs best with ৳50,000–৳1,50,000/month. Scale is designed for ৳1,50,000+/month. These budgets are separate from management fees and go entirely to the advertising platforms. We're transparent about this from day one.

Are there any setup fees or hidden charges? +

No hidden fees, ever. Campaign setup and onboarding are included in your management fee. Your total cost is: management fee + your ad spend budget + any additional creative production beyond the plan allowance. We'll always be upfront about any additional costs before incurring them.

How does annual billing work and how do I save 15%? +

Annual billing means you pay for 12 months upfront at a 15% discounted rate. For example, Growth plan goes from ৳30,000/mo to ৳25,500/mo — saving ৳54,000 over the year. Annual billing requires the same minimum contract period. Many clients choose annual billing once they've seen results during their initial commitment period.
